Description
We are seeking a Head of Marketing who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years’ experience in marketing, particularly within web3/crypto. This is a fantastic opportunity in a high-growth protocol within the rapidly evolving narrative of liquid staking and restaking.
Skills & Competencies
- 3+ years of work experience in a marketing or community role within Web3.
- Industry experience in Crypto/Web3/DeFi (knowledge of liquid staking is preferred).
- Ideally, an active participant in the crypto community.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and up to date with current trends, with a particular interest in DeFi (a plus).
- Must-have direct experience in community management and growth, notably in strategic planning around marketing initiatives.
- Excellent organisational, project, and time management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and design engaging presentations.
- Excellent copywriting skills, eye for design, and product intuition.
Nice to Haves
- Fluency in English.
- Basic Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience with an advertiser, agency, event organizers, or publishers in the digital advertising space and web3 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
- Plan the global marketing strategy and spearhead all marketing efforts from strategy to execution, supporting events, product launches, feature updates, competitive & partner marketing initiatives.
- Brand Building
- Lead efforts to enhance brand visibility and positioning, crafting compelling narratives and product messaging that highlight our unique value proposition in the market and can be utilized for cross-channel growth (digital, social, events).
- Content Creation
- Oversee the creation of engaging content across various channels, including website, blog, social media, and multimedia platforms, to drive audience engagement and thought leadership. Finally, conduct research and leverage your in-depth understanding of industry trends and developer needs to represent and account for the voice of the ecosystem as products and features are developed and introduced to the market.
