We are seeking a dynamic and Global Business Strategist to drive the expansion and adoption of Bifrost's products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growth and strategic execution, BD, and user acquisition within the Web3 space. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a high-growth protocol in the burgeoning fields of liquid staking and restaking.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of DeFi and the broader Web3 ecosystem - Ideally, an active crypto degen.
- A rich network of industry connections within Web3 and a strong personal brand or industry presence - ability to represent Bifrost in public and media appearances.
- 3+ years of work in business development or ecosystem growth, preferably within the Web3 or technology sector.
- Creative and data-driven approach to growth, and ability to iterate quickly based on market trends and performance data.
- Experience in ecosystem growth, developer relations, or partnerships within Web3.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and up to date with current trends, with a particular interest in DeFi (a plus).
- Willingness to travel (events, conferences) and work across time zones.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and design engaging presentations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Strategic Growth Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven strategies for ecosystem growth, ensuring alignment with Bifrost's overall business objectives. Work directly with the founder to lead and execute growth strategy and go-to-market initiatives across markets.
- Program Coordination
- Work closely with the Bifrost DevRel lead on developer initiatives, ensuring alignment with growth strategies and developer engagement efforts.
- Integrated Campaign Management
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create and manage both on- and off-chain marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, roundtables, sponsorships, community outreach, and incentive programs as well as community engagement and partnership, driving adoption through influencer collaborations, integrations, and ecosystem partnerships.
